is our way of showing just how amazingly popular we are...

It all began on Tandleman's blog back in September... rumours of hoppy beer had leaked out and, being a man for his hops, this was posted right away...

Phil at Beermerchants soon picked up on the story and gave us this great write-up...

... then nothing happened for a while until this gem appeared on the Reluctant scooper blog...

... closely followed by us headlining on Quaffale...

... and also in the Sheffield CAMRA magazine...

... then this whopper in the Sheffield Star which really got Wickett's goat...

... and then even serious CAMRA publications began to take us seriously!!! (cheers, John)

...Hop Manifesto featured in Pete's food and beer pairing at the Bacchus, Newcastle...

...and we also got a writeup on this blog, too!...

... and again, in the Sheffield CAMRA December/January "Beer Matters" magazine!  Opinionated, eh?  Do they mean us?...

...and we were amazed to see that Hop Manifesto, our first brew, had been given a top three ranking in "beer of the year" on the Huddersfield-based "A Swift One" blog... wow!

... Woolpack Dave, a brewer and licensee up in Cumbria, told of a friend who'd been drinking our beer locally and liked it...

We got a mention in the Rochdale, Oldham and Bury CAMRA magazine in November 09...

... our latest beer, Black No.1, was in the new Sheffield "Beer Matters" in February...

... and look at this from Stockport's Opening Times!!!  If anyone had told us a few months back we'd be mentioned in the same sentence as Brewdog, Thornbridge, Pictish and Mallinsons I dare say we'd have laughed; this is huge praise indeed and we're really hopeful that we can live up to the hype!

Sheffield CAMRA's "Beer Matters" covered our fourth beer too...

And the "Swift One" blog seemed to really like our stout!!

Alex Hall wrote a nice plug for us in New York's "Ale Street News"...

Our first awards - and what a start!!!  D-Generation XX has won the best Golden Beer plus Best Overall beer at the 2010 Doncaster Beer festival !!!

More press acreage in the Sheffield CAMRA Beer Matters...

And our rant about "Mid-Atlantic Pale Ale" is stirring up some debate; I'm glad one of the most knowledgeable beer writers around agrees with us, it really does make it seem worthwhile...

... what next, the Times Literary Supplement?  CAMRA Champion beer of the year?  Who cares as long as we like what we brew, that's our only rider!
